For the Girls International, Inc. is a non-denominational faith based non-profit 501 (c) 3 corporation located in the Trinity area of West Pasco County in Florida. We exist to bring together women of faith from all over the Tampa Bay area and beyond with one purpose:  to impact the lives of those around them forever and for the better.

Our vision is simple:

To grow a company of everyday women, committed to using whatever God-given gifts they have to bring hope and healing to a hurting world.  

We in no way intend to replace the vital week-to-week ministry of women’s groups in churches but rather to provide an opportunity for those women and others to gather together quarterly to enjoy each other’s friendship and to work together to change lives in our area and beyond.  We are a growing sisterhood of women with a common purpose.

FTGI strives to accomplish our mission in the following ways:

FTGI’s Annual 2-day Conference – a gathering of women and women’s groups for a time of connection and refreshment.  Two days of inspirational teaching including breakout sessions for middle school and high school girls as well as college age and adult women.

FTGI’s Quarterly Girls Night Out – Once a quarter women gather for one evening of food, fun, inspiration and a chance to reconnect.

Little Girls Conference – Annual conference for girls ages kindergarten through 5th grade.  Sessions designed to teach girls about healthy body image and self-esteem and what it means to be a good friend. FTGI believes it is never too early for a girl to learn her value as a daughter of the King!

NURTURE Groups – Small Book studies conducted by an FTGI leader providing a more intimate setting for learning and connection.

Annual EXTREME MAKEOVER WEEKEND in New York City – FTGI partners with NYSUM in Queens, New York to bring a weekend of pampering and hope to women in shelters throughout the NYC area.  

Bi-Annual EXTREME MAKEOVER Events – Bringing a day of pampering and hope to women in need in the Tampa Bay area.

For the Girls “House”

The leadership of FTGI dreams of the day when we can have a place to call our own.  The vision is to have a gathering place where we can offer a variety of services including workshops and counseling to further advance our mission of facilitating the spiritual and emotional health of women and girls of all ages ultimately helping them to fulfill their God-given destiny.  

Transitional Housing

As resources allow, FTGI would like to meet the need for a safe haven for girls aging out of foster care.  We would like to facilitate a successful transition into living on their own by providing instruction for basic life skills such as cooking, managing finances, job-hunting and cleaning while providing a healthy environment for them at this critical time of their lives.
