“Life is full of changing seasons.  In 2005 I found myself in a season of transition with a lot of questions about what was next for me.  The winds of change were blowing intensely in my life (that was a poetic way of saying I was having a mini mid-life crisis).

“As I began to ponder my purpose in this new season, God began to stir a desire inside of me to connect with other women.  I could feel myself empathizing with the plight of women. We play so many different roles in one lifetime. We are sisters, daughters, wives, moms, aunts, granddaughters, friends, lovers, mentors, grandmothers...the list goes on.  We work, we stay at home with our children, we love, we serve, we volunteer, we minister.  We have a lot going on, and sometimes in the midst of all of that we feel like we lose ourselves, or at least, we fear that we will.  My heart began to beat with a longing to see women connect with their Creator, to see themselves as God sees them.  I wanted to spread the message to women everywhere that there is a God who loves them and has a purpose for their lives.

“In 2008 those desires took shape and For the Girls International, Inc. was formed. FTGI was founded to awaken women to the dreams God has given them and encourage them to then reach out and touch the lives of those around them for the better.  The world is full of hurting people.  Armed with the transforming and unfailing love of Jesus Christ, we can help.

It is my pleasure to be part of a growing sisterhood of women engaged in making a difference on the planet, expanding the Kingdom of Heaven while we are here on earth.”

Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Tracey now resides in New Port Richey, Florida with her husband of 24 years.  They have two grown sons and a daughter.  Her life is crazy busy with family, work and ministry, and on most days she wouldn’t have it any other way. After over 20 years of singing on worship teams and serving on Creative Arts teams in various churches, Tracey has more recently developed a passion for ministering to women. She considers it a good day when she can encourage one woman to take the first step towards fulfilling her destiny.

Tracey enjoys speaking to women of all ages and walks of life. She addresses her listeners on a personal yet inclusive level, making each one feel as though she were speaking directly to her while simultaneously rousing a sense of belonging and united purpose. Tracey's words pour forth with natural ease; God's anointing on her life and message is powerfully evident.
